Welcome!
Welcome to the University of Geneva's International Organizations MBA (IOMBA). It is the only MBA program in the world specifically designed to address the demand for managers with the business skills and knowledge to help international organizations to meet global challenges. Our students arrive from all over the globe with a passion to change the world, and leave with the tools to make it happen.
As a one-year intensive MBA, located in the heart of United Nations organizations and other international institutions, it is taught by University of Geneva professors, leading practitioners, and an international faculty from leading universities around the world. The IOMBA exposes students to the latest theoretical and applied knowledge combined with advanced management training. This multidisciplinary curriculum was developed in consultation with renowned scholars, high level officials from international and non-governmental organizations and business executives.
Through ongoing engagement with international and nongovernmental organizations, and a formal practicum as the culmination of the program, students are given the opportunity to apply these skills directly in relevant professional settings. By developing partnerships with key international institutions, the IOMBA program helps catalyze career starters and transition the skills of experienced professionals. Through a vibrant and active IOMBA Alumni Association, students have access to our graduates who occupy key positions in the international development sector, both public and private.
